How do you transfer cds saved on computer to droid turbo?

Music was saved as wma files through windows media player.

Use your phone's USB cable to connect to a Computer. Check the phone's notification pane, and make sure it is set to MTP mode. On the PC, open an Explorer or Finder window. The phone should appear like any Flash drive. Highlight and copy and paste your music files from your computer to the phone.

And make sure you have an app on the phone that can play .wma files. If not, first convert the files to .mp3 before copying them to the phone. (All phones can play .mp3 files.)
