If I pay the fee for a screen replacement, will Samsung repair it if I had my device rooted?

My Tab S 10.5 Wifi had somehow broke its Amoled Screen (digitizer) in my backpack in my case, and i was wondering if Samsung would repair the screen even though i rooted it. Since the problem was only with the screen, i managed to re-flash the stock ROM with Odin, so root should be gone, but the flash counter is still pretty high

Yes they will it doesn't matter I had the same exact issue and had to send it in due to a
broken screen. Make sure you do a full backup because their going to wipe your tab. I lost all my info. Your tab will come back as if you just bought it fully wiped.
