I have a nexus 6 At&t
Recently my phone would not play sound with any media youtube videos, facebook videos anything. Then when I would be on a phone call and put the speakerphone on, I couldn't hear them but they could hear me. But once I took the speakerphone off I could hear them again.
I upgraded to android 5.1 thinking it might solve the issue and no it was still there
I just did a factory reset on the phone and that did not solve the issue.
The media volume is all the way up, The volume for my alarm and notifications,phone calls work just fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
