    I'm on Verizon and I just got a Galaxy S6 last week...yesterday, I called someone, and he kept saying, "Hello?" over and over again. I could hear him just fine, but he couldn't hear me at all. After trial and error, we figured out that speakerphone is the issue. He hears a loud "whooshing" sound and doesn't hear me speaking at all. I can hear him just fine. We tried me using the phone every other way (normal speaking, headphones, bluetooth headset) and he could hear me just fine (though he said normal speaking was a little quiet). Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, is there a fix, or am I stuck returning it for a new one?

    Hey guys, I had the same issue. Its a hardware defect, relatively small scale only affects a few devices. My carrier just swapped my phone for a new one since a factory reset didn't fix it. Sorry that that isn't the ideal solution but it seems to be the only one we have. New one works fine.

    Hey everyone -

    I'm also on Verizon and getting similar feedback from clients when I'm on speaker during conference calls. Same thing, I can't tell any difference, but it makes a huge difference on their side. Surprisingly, the issue goes away as soon as I put my head phones in.

    Was Verizon the provider that gave you a new device?

    I have the same exact problem i told the shop owner from where i bought it but he said it might be an android issue.... Strange coz it does it when its on speakerphone only... Cant really use it... Anyone got it fixed or something?
