Right now I am in the process of unrooting and restoring the original file for the AT&T version of Samsung S4 4.4.4. I looked and all I could find were original MD5 files up to 4.4.2 for AT&T, but none for 4.4.4, and the only 4.4.4 I found were rooted which I am not looking for. I know how to install the file but just can't find the original 4.4.4 for this version of S4 and would like to so I can install 5.0.1 update and then reroot. If it helps my model is SGH-1337. So what file do I need to install on my AT&T S4 to return it to its original system, not a rooted version where I can't install updates from.

Install 4.4.2. You should get an update notice almost immediately. Whether that will be to 4.4.4 or 5.something I can't tell you, because I'm still on 4.4.2. (I don't need the SSL fix in 4.4.4 and I definitely don't want LolliFlop on my phone.) If it updates to 4.4.4, you'll get another update notice about a day later to whatever the next update is. (Some updates are cumulative, they include everything from where you are to where you're going, some are piece by piece, so it may take 3 updates to get from 4.4.2 to 5.0.1, and you can only get 1 every 24 hours.)
