how to remove a blue tooth device from an LG Optimus phone

I have several devices installed and would like to know how to remove the ones no longer used.

It somewhat depends on how much LG messed with that part of the interface. The general goal is to "unpair" the device. If you go into your Bluetooth settings, you should be able to tap either the device or a menu-type icon next to the device and select to unpair it from that menu.
