Is my Galaxy s3 done for good?

So for the past few days, my phone has been resetting itself randomly and nearly every 10 minutes. This morning I woke up and it wouldn't turn on at all. I tried taking the battery out and holding down the power button, but when I put the battery back in it just showed the Samsung screen for a second and turned back off. Once or twice it made it to the Galaxy s3 screen but it turned right back off again. Is there anything I can do to fix it, or is it time to just get a new phone?

Take the battery out. Place it on a flat surface. Flick one corner. If it spins, you need a new battery. If not, put it back into the phone and leave it on the charger for 24 hours. (Don't try to see if it's charging - leave it alone for the entire 24 hours.)

The battery isn't the issue because I've switched out 2 other batteries already. I'll definitely try charging it though.
