Have a Verizon flavored Samsung Galaxy S3 - installed SIM for use on Net10, and ported line over. (It's still on the Verizon network, Net10 uses Verizon in my area) Everything works AWESOME, however, when WiFi is on, I keep getting a screen pop of the Verizon sign-in screen.. I hit the back key and it goes away but it is very annoying. I turned off every Verizon related app I could find.. no luck. What's a body to do?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you know what it's asking you to sign into? Is it a particular app or service?

It's the "My Verizon" sign-in screen- I turned that app off in applications, it would not let me uninstall completely..
It's got to be somewhere in my jelly-bean load-

    Guess I will go exploring...

Ugh, what a pain. Go to the App Manager and look for all of the red-colored Verizon apps, and see if you can disable all of them. For ones that you can't disable, Clear Cache/Clear Data and Force Stop them, then don't touch them again.

You might be able to use Greenify to freeze them, even if unrooted.
