International Unlocked S6 vs USA S6 - compatibility issues with ATT?

Hello all,

I live in the US and have ATT as my provider. If I got an international unlocked Galaxy S6, are there potential issues I should be worried about, in terms of using the phone? I've read online things about potentially slower network speeds, not having all of the apps, and not getting service at all, however, the information was not too clear. Does anyone have experience with this? Would it be adviseable to get an international S6 over one from the states if I can get it cheaper?
