Multi-language setup disappears every time I lose the network signal

I use multi language in my phone, but every time I lose my signal the language setup resets to only one language (the last language was in use) and I have to re-add them again and once the signal searching is complete and a signal has been obtained then the same thing happens... at first it was tolerable but not anymore since I have to re setup the languages at least 5 times every single day... At first I thought it might be a common bug and the new OS will fix it, but even after updating my phone to lollipop, I still am facing the same problem.
