Why is my Blu 5.0 buzzing and vibrating?

When I turn my phone it works great, except the fact that is vibrates and buzzes, anyone know a solution, my phone is less than 6 weeks old?.

Buzzing and vibrating is a sign of water damage. Since it's only 6 weeks old, it could be a manufacturing defect that took time to show up. I'd ask for a replacement.
