Why wont my LCD work?

[AC Question]

I bought a new LCD with digitizer because my old on shattered. I got the new one today and it works on my other galaxy s4 but wont on mine. Both the phones are exactly the same. Before i ordered the new LCD i plugged in the working LCD from the other phone and it worked fine. But now it wont. Thanks
