    Got this Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-i9500 about two days ago. I've since noticed that while the phone is plugged in to charge the touch screen is completely non-responsive until I unplug it.

    I'm using the factory cable that came with the phone, and I've tried both AC and USB charging and found the same results.

    Any ideas about why this is happening / how to fix it?
