Hancom Word crashing on Note Pro 12.2

I bought the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 as a laptop substitute, and have been happily using Hancom Office. Their Word version though has closed itself down several times mid document. Is this a known problem? Any hints?

Welcome to Android Central! Hancom seems to get updates relatively frequently. Is your version up to date? Open your Galaxy Apps Store, swipe in from the left, go to My Apps>Purchased, and see if there are any updates.
