I have a Galaxy S5. A pop-up keeps appearing that says, "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped."

It has options "Report" and "Ok"

I reported it and pressed OK, but 1-2 seconds after I do it the message pops up again. I have clicked OK many times, restarted the phone, and took the battery out. It will not stop and I cannot use my phone. I managed to get a screenshot and emailed it, but I cannot put a picture on this thing.

Please answer this soon as my phone is unusable until the problem is fixed.

Welcome to Android Central! Is the phone rooted?

Try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any persona data: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10404

Ok, try Safe Mode to see if a 3rd party app might be the culprit: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10696. If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
