How do you select only certain applications/games with their levels on Samsung Galaxy S3 to backup to an SD card
then restore that SD content to an S5.

If you are trying to move your apps and app data from one device to another, you can try Helium to backup your data, if you have a rooted phone you can use Titanium Backup as well.

Titanium won't restore to a different phone than it backed up from, Helium will. I prefer using App Backup & Restore to back up the apps, and Helium to back up the data. (Helium backs apps up in a proprietary format, so you have to install Helium first, in order to restore the apps. AB&R backs up to apk files, so you can run the AB&R apk file to install it, then use it to restore the other apps, individually or all at once. Then restore the data. [You can't restore data if the app isn't installed.])
