My work's shared Exchange calendar not syncing with my Galaxy S6 even though my personal one is?

I have two calendars in my exchange account on my laptop: personal and work. Work is shared and can be edited by everyone in my office. When using the Google calendar app on my Galaxy S6, it syncs my personal calendar, but not my work.

Are there any solutions to this? I need to be able to see both work and personal commitments at the same time.

Talk to your Exchange administrator and find out what's different about the 2 accounts. (There are too many ways to mess Exchange up to even guess.)
