Problem for sending text messages with htc desire 600

I bought an HTC DESIRE 600 6 months ago, it was really a good choice, always working perfect and fast. Sometimes i am facing a problem to send text massages. Immediately after sending the message a small message icon appears with a very small round clock on it in the right corner and the message is not going and stay in this status for ever. This happens very often but not always and not for all the recipients. i tried to find solution through the menu many times and i also applied for help but i don't found whats going wrong.

It could be a network problem, an account problem, a SIM problem, a problem with the text app - your first place to try to get help should be your carrier. Most of the possibilities would be things they'd have to fix on their end.
