    I set my screen lock setting to Fingerprints and I want to switch back now. When I try to press None or Swipe, it says that those options are turned off by administrator, encryption policy, or credential storage. How do I turn it back to None or Swipe? Please help me. Thank you!

    Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Did you encrypt it? If it's encrypted, you can't select None or Swipe.

    If it's not encrypted, try going to Settings>Security>Clear Credentials.
