Help Android OS keeping phone awake!

Hello I own a LG Optimus G Pro, I haven't used it in a while but my daughter broke her phone and I gave her my Moto X, I did a full factory reset on the G Pro and only added a few general apps, battery life was really bad so I looked my usage and Android OS is keeping my phone awake like 90% of the time its on. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Have you tried the simplest remedy, a Power Off and Restart?

Hi Thank you for the reply, yes I tried a restart and even went as far as doing a full factory reset. I see over at the LG forums that others say their battery life went down also after the KitKat update, I think I learned a lesson here, never buy a phone that is only on one carrier and doesn't have an unlocked version available in the US.

Could you post a screenshot of your battery stats after a day's normal use? Also mention screen-on time and brightness, and signal strength.
Presumably all your basic settings, like location reporting and syncing, are okay?
