I receive some forwarded emails from different senders with the print displaying in one single letter per line. I can forward the same messed up email so someone else who sees it properly, as written. MTS tech support can't help, phone center cant help.
I am having the same problem since I got the phone. Then by magic it was ok. Now after a Samsung update it is back to the same thing. I have T mobile and maybe that is where the update came from. All I know I cant find any info on the problem
