WiFi Problem!

I have a Alcatel one touch evolve 2 but its been threw a lot I've dropped it with a case on it and after the WiFi problems I got some water in the charger port it did not work for some time then I opened it up not touching anything and I used the blow dryer to dry The charge port I put it back together than I worked but I had WiFi problems before and after the water thing happened but the water then not spread any where the water damage stickers were still white but know I've been having a WiFi problem I connect to my own WiFi then two seconds later it disconnects randomly this happens EVERYWHERE am not sure if a WiFi cable is loose or if I need to buy a new phone
