The memory is filling up on my Nobis 9" tablet. How do I fix it?

I have only had this tablet for a few days and I have tried everything I can to keep the internal memory from filling up. I even bought a 32 GB micro SD card for it. I literally have disabled as many apps as I can, I have moved some apps to the SD card (I think). The tablet isn't showing the 29.81 GB left on it. I don't know if the apps actually moved or not. Someone please help. I really like the tablet, but if I can't figure out how to solve this issue I'm going to return it. I've even read other people's posts to see if I could solve it that way, but nothing I'm doing is working.
