Today I called Verzion Wireless regarding scrolling issues on the Samsung S6 Edge.
The tech support remotely accessed my phone without my permission. I did not even get a pop-up prompt on my phone asking me for permission.
The tech was able to see the apps I installed and battery usage etc..
Is this only with Android devices or others too?
