HTC M9 not switching on after application download

[AC Question]

I installed an antivirus application from playstore and after installation was asked to restart phone - it hasn't come on since? Anyone any ideas?

Have you tried a long press of the power button, for a minute or so?

Are you able to boot into Recovery?
