    restrictions are usually introduced by the system administrator of the college. If you want to get access to the sites, contact your system administrator

    Bypassing restrictions likely violates an agreement you accepted when you connected to the network. You may want to reconsider the idea of doing this.

    Have you tried VPN? Hotspot shield is good for PC/phones. It will ask you to pay to keep using it though, but there are some free ones.

    Edited: Hallux is right, you most likely will violate the agreement when using the WiFi, but you can use this method at your own choice.
