    Want to get free tv and ideas on my S4 and play or project them onto my seiki brand smart tv

    Welcome to Android Central! I think that in order for your S4 to natively mirror the screen to a smart TV, the TV has to be Samsung. You could connect the phone to the TV via an MHL adapter, or you could use Chromecast.
