My Note 4 Connects to Wifi but cannot utilize it?

[AC Question]

It connects to a 5ghz band on the AC-1750 C7 by TP-Link but as soon as I connect to the wifi Google Play downloads stop and Google Sync stops and most other data transmissions stop unless it it utilizing the 4G to do so. And once I turn off Wifi it takes a bit for the Google Play to continue Via 4G.

So far I am getting pretty angry clearing Cashe and factory resetting my phone.

For what I have researched I have pretty generic settings on the router, So it should be messing up like this.
