Unfortunately ui stopped working

[AC Question]

I updated my apps from google play store and after that a message displayed "Unfortunately UI stopped working " I sent a report and switched off my phone and its not starting .. After sometime i switched it on and it showed Optimising 104 apps .. Then its showing Androind is starting .. Starting apps .. and its been like this for hours .. What to do ??? please help ASAP my phone is not starting from that time .
