Cant connect to PC after unlocking LTE?

i bought a Note 3 and it worked fine but then i had the 4G LTE unlocked(unofficially
) and now it wont connect to the PC although it charges but doesn't appear.

Could you elaborate more? What do you mean you had the 4G LTE unlocked? Do you mean you had the SIM unlocked so you can move it to another carrier?
