I have a Samsung Note 3 and I can not send picture messages. Can anyone help me?

I'm with Straight Talk, but I have an AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I'm not able to send messages that have pictures attached, but I can receive them. Can anyone help me?

Welcome to Android Central.

It might be best to speak to Straight Talk or AT&T about it. Perhaps you do not have the correct MMS settings, for example.
