    HI,

I have just bought a Galaxy Note 4

    My keyboards are:

    - Samsung Keyboard

    - Google Handwriting Input (which I have installed)

In fact when I want to write an email (not gmail) by writing recognition, I have three possibilities > For example for the subject line:

I can either select one of the two preceding applications (Samsung Keyboard, Google) or I can select by the intermediary of a blue icon (T) that appears as soon I approach the stylus then a white screen allow me to write my sentence.
The third screen (native Samsung?) is the most effective for the recognition of my writing (big difference with other keyboards).

Unfortunately in the body of the text (e-mail) I can only access the two tkeyboards, the T icon does not appear .

I have the same problem with other applications (such as OneNote, for example).

Is there a possibility to activate this third "keyboard"?

    Thanks,
    Philippe.

Welcome to the forums. It may be a limitation of the email app. It just may not allow handwriting in the body of an email.
