How do I sync my Galaxy Note S4 with Outlook 2010?

The Sync-me.exe file you have to download on your phone and on your PC says to go into Outlook 2010, Send/Receive, Send/Receive Groups, and then simply selected Download Addressbook. I have Outlook 2010 and there is no such choice as "Download Addressbook." I have reinstalled my Outlook 2010 and obtained all the ugrades, etc. Still nothing. Does anyone know the answer? Has anyone used the sync-me.exe app? Thanks, John
