red lines running through mote 10.2 screen

my 10.2 slid off my ottoman on to the floor and now has red lines running through the screen from top to bottom any idea how to fix this I would imagine I have to take it aparthave to replace the entire thing

Welcome to Android Central! Which device exactly? Is it a Note 10.1, or is there actually something called a Mote 10.2?

In either case, it sounds like something related to the screen got damaged in the fall. It might be something as simple as a loose connection, or more serious like a damaged screen itself. You could try taking it apart and checking all connections, but if you're not too handy, then bring it to a repair shop.
