I have downloaded the 'Dragon' app onto my Droid Max.

Now, I'm getting the message "Can't open microphone" when trying to use Messenger. Any suggestions??

Welcome to Android Central! Are you trying to use Dragon with Messenger, or is it for a separate purpose? If Dragon is always using the mic, then other apps like Messenger can't See what happens if you uninstall Dragon. If that helps, then you could try reinstalling and checking its settings for some kind of "always listening" option--turn that off.
