Can I use an S3/4/5 battery in my Core LTE?

Hi, please can someone help...I lost my battery and the back of my phone while out the weekend; can I use an alternative battery for my Core LTE? e.g S3/4/5 etc. etc? Rather than buy one? Also; where will I get a replacement back? I havent the patience for Amazon.

Most batteries are different sizes from phone to phone. Even from one version to another. Looks like Amazon is going to be your best bet. Maybe someone else can clarify this but it's my experience that you should just get the correct battery.
