S-Voice won't talk back

I have been using a Samsung Galaxy S4 (gti9500) for more than 18 months and frequently use S-Voice, I find it really helpful. Specially because of its talk back feature so u don't have to look at the screen.
Two days ago I recieved the 5.0.1 lollipop update and since then Talkback doesn't work. The button on the bottom left which is usually used to mute S Voice can't be pressed, this is the case for all languages. Can't find the solution anywhere on the interwebs :/

Wow there is actually someone that that uses S-voice? Google now works a lot better bro but that's just me.

Do you have voice back disabled? Three dots in the right hand corner contain the settings.

Nope, all the settings are the same as before.
I think this may be a bug on the new Lollipop update.
