How to update from 4.4.2?

I have a Galaxy S5, I've checked for update and my phone says I'm uptodate I've downloaded keis and that too says I'm up-to-date but I am only on android 4.4.2 and purchased my phone on Amazon (UK) I live in England and on the provider O2. How do I get the new update? (My phone also says in 'about device' 'United Arabs Emirates' I do not know if everyone says that or just mine.
