my APK keeps exiting which apparently affects my smartwatch functionality, why

I have downloaded smartwatch app and at a different time smartwatch 4.4 (i think it was called) as my smartwatch states that I require BT Notifier, but now i have downloaded these, it still does not connect and keeps on saying that APK is having to exit.
What am I to do to get my GV09 smartwatch working with my S4 and or my Note Edge.
also how do I stop the APK from exiting??
please someone help.
