I wonder why Lucky Patcher says internal under Google Play Store when its system?

Its not a problem really its just I wonder where the application really is and can u get other applications to be in the same place. Note: I am using Lucky Patcher for a test nothing illegal. So I also go to esExplorer and I can't find the app when I got to the /system/apps, weird I'm just wondering where it is. But what I really want to know is, can I make a system app be read as internal on Lucky Patcher when its system. So what I mean is instead of an app I have that is read sys in purple I want it to be read like int in green but, it would still be a system app. Do I need to add an odex where I have the app and put the odex on esExplorer and move it to /system/apps?
