Settings/General/Application manager.
Go to Clean Master and tap it.
If the upper-right button says Remove updates, tap it. If it says Uninstall (either at first, or after you remove updates) - tap it! You should never have a Cheetah Software app on an Android phone. Those people have no idea how Android works. (Clean Master slows your phone down and wastes battery. Android doesn't want clean RAM, it wants full RAM. It's not Windows. So CM kills an app, Android loads it back, CM kills it again, Android loads it back again ... Android has an excellent memory manager - let it work.)
