Am I damaging my gs6?

Hi, I have a galaxy s6 and I use it a ton everyday, I go on social media and use very resource using games and YouTube alot. I charge at least twice a day before it goes below 20%. When I play the games after around 30 minutes I start to feel the phone heating up. Is the overheating bad? Am I doing anything that is destroying my phone? Sorry if the answers obvious but this is my first phone and I want it to last.

2-3 hours each day at a consecutive time. Its summer so lol.
