Itunes Playlist in Play Music with Doubletwist?

I've been using iSyncr for a few years now, but I continue to have issues with Playlists showing up in Play Music. It always shows the most recently sync'd playlists only, and removes the ones that were already there.

I'm considering using DoubleTwist on my new G4. Do playlists that have been synced show up in the Play Music app, or only in their DoubleTwist player? I prefer to use the stock player and keep the # of apps installed to a minimum where possible.
