Bluetooth pairs but wont connect (Galaxy s4)

Hello, My galaxy s4 use to connect to this device, it was connected about an hour ago, and now it just pairs with the device, The device makes a noise when you are connected, the device makes the noise and the phone keeps saying connecting and never does, it eventually just says paired. Any idea or fixes? Thanks. I also restared my phone twice but no luck.

What are you trying to pair to? Have you tried un-paring the device and then re-pairing it?
