My S Health Pedometer has stopped working - does anyone know how to get it working again?

I have not upgraded to Lollipop yet - mainly because my device has insufficient memory. So, I decided to remove some "unused" apps. I am worried that I have deleted an app that works with S Health for the pedometer function. would anyone know what that might be called? (I could then try to re-install that). I have cleared the S Health Cache, and it still doesn't register steps. Very frustrating!! Thanks for assisting.

You can try clearing the S-Health data and reset the app to see if that works. Make sure you have your S-Health data backed up if you care about that.
