Is there another way to lock the sony Xperia z3 other then pressing on the side button button?

I don't like to press the side button above the sound bar on the phone. I also put the screen time out to its lowest time but it takes forever.

Welcome to Android Central! Try Power Toggles, which includes a Lock Screen toggle that will put the screen to sleep with one touch. You have to allow Power Toggles to be a Device Administrator in the Settings>Security>Device Administrators menu.
