What is iothiddenmenu? How to get info of these unknown apps on phone?

My Samsung Galaxy S5 Verizon phone recently started giving me a warning message that I had to update because of fatal errors in for example 1st one I got was about the keyboard app. So I updated to the new keyboard app, TouchPal keyboard. I thought it was from Samsung and liked the new keyboard but ever since the update I'm getting these error messages regularly with link to the various replacement apps that's supposed to fix the phone. I started just closing these messages and haven't had a failure on phone yet so I suspect I have a problem like mailware or something. Don't know what to do or who to contact. Also I've noticed tons of new Apps on my phone in the Applications list that I've never seen before and didn't download or install. One App is iothiddenmenu, others are Tags, Servicemode RIL,SDM, SapaMonitor, RoseEUKor, QoSSig. Many more that I can't find info on what they are doing on my phone. Please any help cleaning this up.

First, try booting into Safe Mode.
