My phone screen would not turn on why?

I have the international version of the Samsung galaxy s5. I have for 3 weeks now without a sim card but all of a sudden the screen would not turn on you can hear the sound, the vibration, and the lights. Every time I turn it on it have small glitches on top. I did not drop it or drop it in the water.

I doubt that there's anything you can do to fix that yourself. It will need expert diagnosis.
