Lost contact list from Samsung 5 smartphone.

List is stored in cloud but how to get back into phone. Pressed restore button but nothing.

Welcome to Android Central! By cloud, do you mean the contacts were all saved to your Google account? If so, go to Settings>Accounts-Google>[your Google account] and make sure Contacts is checked on.
