How do I update the Galaxy S5 when i already deleted the update file?

So i deleted the update file a while ago and being the genius that I am, i did not create a back up. Is there a way i can manually update the firmware? I can't find the firmware any where. The model number is SM-900V (Galaxy S5 for verizon). Thanks again!
